Wesley G. Casey was born in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1958. Mr. Casey attended public schools in Colorado, Texas and Oklahoma. Mr. Casey received his Bachelor’s Degree from Oklahoma State University where he was active in student government and served as a reporter for the college paper. Upon graduation Mr. Casey worked in political campaigns and then as an Independent Petroleum Landman in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mr. Casey chose to continue his education and attained a Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Casey clerked for a Tulsa law firm and served as a Staff Member of the Energy Law Journal. Upon graduation, Mr. Casey was honored by his fellow students by being named as the class speaker at the College of Law’s commencement ceremony. Wesley G. Casey is a sole practitioner in Tulsa, Oklahoma and has practiced a broad range of law for more than 28 years. The focus of Mr. Casey’s practice is in the areas of probate, guardianship, estate planning and real property. Mr. Casey served for nine years as a part-time Administrative Law Judge on behalf of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services while maintaining his private practice. Mr. Casey has spoken to civic groups and served as a lecturer for the National Business Institute in matters of probate law. Mr. Casey resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma with his wife and children and is involved in civic and church activities.
